Car was serviced in a timely manner. Was very pleased that Nic S took a few minutes to explain that my car needed a flushing of liquids. We talked and I told Nic that I would have the work done a little later in the year. He said to check with him when I was ready. Felt very comfortable with Nic and his professional demeanor.

Dear General Manager of Coconut Point Ford; I am writing to let you know how much I appreciate the outstanding customer service that your staff provided yesterday, March 7, 2017. I visited your dealership in hope of finding a reliable and fuel efficient vehicle. Your staff was very attentive and helpful. The employees I interacted with, especially Ralph Carmona, were very knowledgeable about your product line and seemed genuinely interested in helping me find the car that me...t my needs rather than just being focused on making a quick sale. Because of their efforts, I was able to find exactly what I needed and I am very satisfied with my 2017 Ford Focus. I will continue to visit your dealership in the future, as well as recommend it to others. Please let Ralph Carmona and Bob Bean, as well as the other employees in the dealership, know that their efforts did not go unnoticed. You have put together a great team that makes customers feel respected and valued. I look forward to working with your team again in the future. Regards, Kevin Chesser
My girlfriend and I went there to buy her first new vehicle and walked away buying 2 new vehicles. Bobby Collins took such great care of us and gave us such a great deal, we were able to both purchase new vehicles. She LOVES her 2017 Ford Escape. I traded in my 2014 F-150 and upgraded to a 2016 F-150 4x4. Phil and Kerney worked their tails off to make the deals happen. I was so please with the entirety of the process, i sent my family members there to get a couple of new vehi...cles as well. I highly recommend giving them a chance before you go out and purchase a new vehicle. I have purchased a few vehicles from dealerships before, but this was by far the least stressful and most fluid car buying experience I have been through. I work in this industry and i could have gone anywhere to purchase 2 vehicles. There was a reason why i chose Coconut Point Ford.
I heard from a retired Ford exec that you do a terrific job taking care of our customers.
Thank you for all that you and your team do for our Ford!

I recently purchased a 2013 Ford Fusion from your used selection. Paul made the purchase easy. He was readily available when I needed to test drive as well as if I had any questions after my visit. He followed up on a regular basis, but I never felt pressured. I am very satisfied with my new purchase and with the service I received from Paul.
Thank you again for making my purchase an easy one.
I am taking the time to send this email in order to commend one of your employees (Corey Mueller) he is an outstanding young man who really knows how to provide great service by how he attends the customers. I have some issues with my FI50 since I purchased the vehicle. I have taken this truck about 10 times for the same issues to the ford dealership I bought the car from and the problem continues. I was lucky to have been helped by Corey my first time in this dealership, although the problem has not been fixed yet he puts his great effort to work for you and takes extreme measurements to make us the clients feel better of our situation. He is definitely and asset to your dealership, please make sure he gets a copy of this email and that your superiors may know what a great worker you have.
Thanks for your time and if you need to contact me for any reason, below is my information, thanks again and have a blessed day.
Good Morning Bobby,
I wanted to thank you first for seeing me and then for finding a deal I could afford on my fixed income. I knew that once we came to an agreed price, there was going to be the items I needed from Stu. Once you retire having predictable payments become a priority as you can't just go out and work harder to make a little extra.
I really value Coconut Point Ford as a great Vehicle provider and community asset to our area. Keeping and doing business with friends and companies in our community is important to my wife and myself. Everyone at Coconut Point Ford always recognizes me, no matter how it has been since last seen, and goes the extra mile to make sure they deliver good customer service. Most of our regular contact is with Steve and Mike at Quick Lane and they always go above and beyond to make sure we are more than satisfied, our vehicles are taken care of and routinely maintain the relationship.
Sam III has assembled a stellar team that all of you should be proud of.
Thank you so much for your friendship.
Thanks for the good service on my 2016 Flex yesterday. It was my
first experience with your dealership and it was a good one. I will be
back for my routine maintenance.
Mr. Victor Hyer,
Victor, I just want to tell you what a great employee you have in Brian Kline. He delivers on promises. It's so refreshing not getting any runaround like most American car dealerships typically give you.
We have a Lexus as well and take that car to Germain Lexus which in my opinion is the pinnacle of great service. Well Coconut Point with Brian Kline delivers great customer service as well.
Trust is a HUGE issue in dealing with dealerships and Brian has always made me feel like he is telling me the truth. (it makes the customer feel better about leaving their car)
I need a loaner, it's there ready to go. (no questions asked) Communication with Brian has always been great whether e-mail or phone.
I have taken my SUV to Tamiami Ford a couple times and regretted it both times, so now only Coconut Point for me.
Anyways, just wanted to let you know what an asset you have in Brian.
Hello Bobby of Coconut Point Ford,
I am so pleased to have dealt with your Ford dealership and I really enjoyed my salesperson Bonnie, because she was able to relate to what I was looking for in my new car, and so patient to explain all the features of the cars I looked at during my visit. When I came to your dealership my mind was on one car that apparently had a recall that very day that prevented me from further looking into that model. So it was Bonnie and her finding the" Escape" model car ( that I had not even considered before that time) , that fitted my needs to a "T" before the morning was finished. She is a great low key sales person, just the kind of a sales person I responded to to close the deal. I am so pleased to have come all the way from Jacksonville Florida to Naples to your dealership to buy my new car from you.
A very Happy New Car Owner,
Sandra Dallas Smith
My wife and I had Best experience We have ever had buying a car from your Coconut Ford Estero dealership, EVER.
Bob Davidson our salesperson is a first class person and a wonderful person to buy a car from. I'm a Sales Manager myself, so my standards are extremely high. Bob did everything he said he was going to do. Followed through and followed up. Got us a great deal. And then after the sale went through every single feature on the car and made sure I knew every aspect of the car until I had no questions what so ever. That really meant the world to me. I've had a company cars for 30 years and every couple of years when I picked up my new car they just give you the manual and toss you the keys.
Thank you taking the time with me!
I WILL be buying my next car from Bob and Coconut Ford.
I'll recommend everyone I know and encourage them to go to Coconut and call Bob.
I'm already thinking about my next new car...Hey my daughters 14 and I really see a mustang convertible in her near future....lol...(for me)...
The other bonus is that we have been proud Estero residents for nearly 20 years and it's GREAT to have a business in our town to be proud of and truly brag about!
Thanks again and I appreciate you reaching out for my opinion and thanking me for the business.

Thank you for a wonderful professional car buying experience; I was impressed with your Team. Kes worked very hard to make this deal happen. I never expected this to happen. I am in a beautiful 2016 Ford Edge. My wife, Colleen and I are Ford Fan's she has a 2015 Lincoln MKC and I am in my second Ford Edge. We will tell family and friends of our experience; we can honestly tell them they will not find a better deal any where else.
Thank you again for a "Wow Car Buying Experience".
Today I purchased a Ford Escape. I went to your dealership because your online reviews are quite good, and your location is only a few miles from my home.
My whole experience was very positive! Your dealership is clean and comfortable, I noticed that plenty of cold water was offered to everyone out browsing through the lot, and every single employee went out of his/her way to welcome me and provide professional assistance. The whole process of buying a car was smooth, efficient and painless. I believe I got a good price, along with a fair deal on my trade-in.
The highlight of my visit was my dealing with Miguel Vargas, my salesperson. Miguel is very low-key and down-to-earth -which immediately put me at ease. Absolutely no pressure or games, I just felt like I was being treated fairly and with respect. This is especially important to me as a single woman buying a car on my own. Miguel seems more like a good neighbor or a favorite cousin, rather than the typical stereotype of a car salesman. He was knowledgeable and very patient. Thanks to Miguel, this was the best experience I have ever had buying a car! I will be sure to spread the word to my neighbors and friends. I will also post a review online about Coconut Point Ford.
Thank you again! --Janet Kaymen
Recently we were vacationing in Florida when we had a problem with our car. This is always a nervous thing when we are away from home and not near our own trusted Ford Dealer. I made several phone calls to the different Ford dealers in the areas near us while vacationing. I finally found a very nice person in Brain Kline. Brian was very professional on the phone and he said he could get our car into service immediately. My husband and I made the trip hoping our car would not break down on its way to the Ford dealer.
To his word, Brian had our car serviced. The technician was able to discover the problem and we were back on vacation.
We would like to thank Brian for his excellent customer support service, his word that our car was taken in immediately and serviced and we were promptly back to enjoying our vacation with this minimum interruption. Please extend a thank you also to the technician who identified the problem and fixed it.
Thank you for such a pleasant visit and I want to thank you for hiring professional personnel. I would highly recommend Brian and your service department to others.

Dear Mr. Hyer,
The purpose of this note is to commend your Team at Coconut Ford for the outstanding service experience that I had yesterday.
I am a retired Ford employee having the privilege of utilizing the Management Lease Car program. While in the Naples area on winter vacation my current vehicle needed the 7500 mile service protocol and I stopped at your dealership for this purpose.
The minute I pulled into the write up area I was greeted by Michael Yurczak. What a guy, pleasant, professional and efficient. He directed the entire effort necessary to accommodate my service needs. He even arranged the washing/cleaning of my vehicle upon completion of service. This was a most welcome surprise and a treat not usually experienced at other dealerships. Thank you so much!
You have a great Team, keep up the good work. I can't wait until I come this way next year.
Dear Mr. Hyer,
I want to commend Coconut Point Ford Quick Lane and its entire staff for the best service I have received in years as I have been a loyal lifetime Ford owner. Steve and Mike are attentive to what my vehicles need and advise me of upcoming maintenance to insure both of my cars are in top shape. Steve greets his customers with a smile and positive attitude. I can assure you that I promote Coconut Point Ford not only for service but for vehicle purchases as well. I wish Quick Lane and Coconut Point Ford continued success in 2015!
Our experience was great. Everything was done within two hours from picking out a vehicle to getting the paperwork done. Mr. Campbell was our sales person and he was not only efficient in his working with us but he assured me I would be happy with our car buying experience and he was right. Great dealership, I would recommend you to anyone. This is our third Ford vehicle and we are very happy with the product and the service.
Good Morning Mr. Collins,
I am sending you this brief email this morning to let you know that I had a really great experience buying my new Expedition from Coconut Point Ford and my sales consultant Steven Holloway was exceptional.
He was attentive, patient and informative. He listened to me...amazing skill in a sales person!!! He helped me to think through the decision and without pressure, I concluded that the Expedition was the right vehicle for me.
My entire experience at your dealership was very pleasant, efficient and did not leave me second guessing my decision. As I drive to work this morning with a huge smile on my face, I thought that I would just share that with you.
We arrived home today at 2:30 P.M. the drive was great in the New Raptor. My wife Lynda and I want to Thank You and the entire dealership for the single BEST new car purchase in my life. At age 62 I have purchased 18 new cars in my life and this was the single best in my life time.
Dan You and the people in the dealership were so professional and when we had the problem right at the end of the business day you and the dealership responded so quickly with results and put us in a very comfortable car to use until we got the truck back.
We cannot thank you enough for the Great help Service and Professionalism.
Thank You So Much,
Bruce and Lynda
I know I have written before about the staff over at the Quick Lane and how they are the reason I traded my Chevy for a Ford, however the accolades continue. I had my Edge in for service today and once again Steven Boyle demonstrated his continued stellar customer service. My Edge now has 15,332 miles and it's previous service was 01-23-2014 so 5 moths have passed. But that did not slow Steve down. The minute I emerged from my vehicle he came out of the service booth and approached me with his hand extended with "good morning Mr. Barry, I have not seen you in a while is every thing okay with you and the Mrs.?" He continues to amaze me with his sincere concern do make me feel special and an appreciated customer. How could anyone being treated that way ever not want coming to him and Coconut Point Ford for service. At 66 years old I have had a car or two in the past and never have I been made to feel so appreciated from anyone associated with an auto dealership like Steve. You can tell his job is his passion and that he knows the importance of continuing the relationship with his customers and how to keep them coming back. Heck, I wish I was made to feel that good in some of the restaurants I visit I a more frequent basis than coming to see Steve. I hope you have some sort of employee recognition program in which he has the opportunity to know that we customer's care enough to tell his upper management of his dedicated and stellar service.Sad to say, most people take time to complain but accolades to me are even more important.
I would like to comment on my new 2014 Fusion black with sand interior and black wheels. I've had more people comment on this car everywhere I go. The last one was a 2012 pearl white V-6 Fusion that I purchase from them. I would like to thank the sale manager Bobby, Bonnie my sales consultant, and Dennis in the service department for taking such good care of me like family every time I come there for service. They are all outstanding, I'll give them (5) Five Gold Stars, they deserve it. I decided to go with a lease this time because I'm getting up in age and don't put that many miles on a car. Plus I don't have to worry about service that's included in the lease, piece of mind, just put gas in and bring it in for service. So when my three years are up I'll be back (as Arnold Schwarzenegger would say). Great job to the folks at Coconut Point Ford. I use to sale Fords up in Northwest Indiana and I know how important it is to find a dealership that gives you a good deal and has a good service department.
Dear Mr. Hyer,
Quick Lane and the entire staff exceeds my expectations at every visit. I am confidant my vehicles are serviced properly and I am made aware of any repairs that need to be performed to keep them in top condition. Customer service is the best I have experienced driving Ford products for 45 years! You have earned a loyal customer and I will continue to promote Coconut Point Ford.
Thank you so much, Service Advisor Brian Kline! You made a pretty bad situation a great one! I appreciate you doing not only a great thing, but the right thing for me! I'd recommend, and will recommend, everyone I know to see you for service, because you've got welcome, appreciated, and special down to a science!

Dear Mr Hyer,
On May 14th I brought my Kia Sorento to your Estero location for an oil change and multi-point inspection. The next day; I discovered that I had oil leaking on my garage floor, and quickly went back to the "quick lane" at Estero. I talked to Gary Guenther and explained what had happened, and that I had to pick up my daughter in the next hour. He grabbed Steve Boyle and they both put three people to work on the problem. It turns out that the seal (o-ring) on the filter had a nick in it. My problem was solved and all involved worked hard to make things right; Mr Guenther even offered to assist in the picking up of my Daughter if it couldn't be fixed in time. They washed the block and under my car when finished, and offered me a free oil change!!! This is what I call service and I think all 4 of the people involved should be rewarded for the caring of the customer they showed. It is rare that We see this, and I feel that you should know about it.
If you have any questions about this superior response to a customer; you may call me at anytime
Thank you for your time and GOOD SERVICE PEOPLE!!!
This morning I was unfortunate enough to visit your dealership for the first time. I took my 2011 F250 Lariat in for service. I arrived at the back of the dealership only to find no one there to assist me. I walk around for a few minutes and was noticed by the pleasant lady in the deli. She asked me if she could help and I told her I was there for service. She guided me to the service advisors and 2 of the offices were empty and the third had a woman sitting with 4 mechanics talking to her. I informed the lady that no one was available and said I would wait. She felt that was not appropriate and took action to try and get someone on the radio. After a few more minutes she found someone and he came into the lobby. Dennis asked if he could help and I told him what I needed. He then informed me I was in the wrong place. Get into your truck, drive to the end of the building, turn right, then two lefts and I would be at the building to get serviced. At this time, I was not very happy. I did as I was instructed. Upon my arrival I was met by Steve Boyle. I made him aware of the confusion I felt and he was very apologetic.
I do not plan on telling you how to run your business, but I do a few suggestions. A first time visitor has know idea where to go for an oil change. I did not see any signage or information letting me know that "Quick Lane" was the direction I needed to head. Maybe the ancillary staff too could asset by asking what the customer needs when all of the advisors are busy.
Mr. Boyle was the most professional Advisor I have ever had the pleasure of meeting at a Ford Dealership. His empathy to my situation was genuine and he was always on his game. While I was waiting for my truck to be finished, I paid attention to how he treated other clients. I must give you, Mr. Boyle and the staff at "Quick Lane" kudos for how pleasant everyone treated me and the other clients. Mr. Boyle came to me about 15 minutes after I arrived and was able to up sell me on other services that your dealership provides. He then told me at 10:55 am that he would have my truck ready to leave at 12:00 pm. At exactly 12:00 pm he walked in and said I was ready to go. Mr. Boyle took a negative experience and turned it into a positive one! Because of Mr. Boyle I will instruct my Fleet Manager to send all of our vehicles to him for service and repairs.
In closing, I want to commend you and all of the staff I dealt with at Coconut Point Ford on an experience that could have been worse, but was made pleasant by paying attention to detail and taking care of the customer. Thank You!

I just wanted to tell you that Dan Niekraszewicz provided me and my wife exceptional service and experience. This is my first Ford in over 50 years of purchasing cars. I have own many GM, Mercedes, and Lexus products and Dan provided us with experience that was next to none. I will be sure to have Dan handle my next purchase!
Dear Mr. Collins,
I want to tell you how pleased I am with Coconut Point Ford as a personal customer and repeat customer. Both Quick Lane Service Advisors provide exceptional customer service. Steve Boyle goes above and beyond insuring both of my vehicles are up to date with all scheduled maintenance requirements. I promote Coconut Point Ford for both purchases and service. I purchased my 2013 Flex from Mike Eastman and was very pleased with the experience. I wish Coconut Point Ford continued success.
After going to and talking to many dealers around Florida about trading 2 cars in for a new SUV on a lease, with a set down payment and monthly payment in mind that I needed, I had almost given up because it started to finally set in that it was just going to be an impossible deal until I went to Coconut Point Ford the Friday before Christmas for one last try after hearing there commercial on the radio to make a deal. Upon arriving I was greeted very warmly by Mike Eastman and began talking to him about what I was looking to do. He was very positive and comforting that they could get me a deal that would work, so he took and presented my deal to his finance guy, Bobby Collins, who from the beginning said he was gonna make a deal happen and from there that's what he did. He ended up offering me $2k more than any other dealer in Florida and was putting me into a vehicle that had everything I wanted. After running numbers the payments and down payment was gonna be more than I was looking for but Bobby kept running numbers anyways and adding more and more money to my trades now being $4k more than the other dealers. Still wasn't were I needed to be so he started lowering the price of the SUV, the deal was still not were I wanted to be but it was a very hard deal to say no to. I ended up turning it down and was walking out when Bobby said that he was going to continue to find me a deal. A few days later Mike and Bobby Collins called me to say they had a couple options for me to choose from. He had a 2014 Explorer and a 2013 Explorer he began telling me my options. I was shocked they had actually found me 2 SUV's were I wanted to be. I ended up buying a fully loaded 2013 Explorer with the monthly and down payment I was looking for. Unbelievable! Bobby Collins and Mike Eastman did such a great job for me I can't want to buy a 2015 Mustang from them when they come out. If you have an impossible deal I recommend going to Coconut Point Ford they'll get you what you want. Thanks you very much!
Dear Mr. Collins: I want to express my gratitude to all at Coconut Point Ford, specifically Tom Spicer. After my experience with three other automobile dealers in the community, it was a pleasure to meet Tom,and have him assist me in purchase of a new, 2013 Ford F150 XLT. Tom's perseverence, knowledge, and listening to what I needed and wanted, help make it very easy and enjoyable in the selection and purchase of my new truck. I can say, that I am very happy for choosing Coconut Point Ford,it was a excellent experience
Bobby, You have a GOOD & EFFICIENT crew at Coconut Point--Uly Campbell was a pleasure to work with, he knows his cars and was a great help in us making a decision on our Ford Edge purchase. You have a clean/professional operation at that location and it speaks highly to your on site manager and the personnel he has hired. I expect the quality of maintenance they will provide on my vehicle at Coconut Point Ford in the future will not be anything less in quality then the sales process. Having never owned a Ford in the previous 53 years of driving and 24 Vehicles later, and after looking at and test driving both Volvo's and Chevrolet's equivalent vehicles then choosing the Edge for it's workmanship and "feel", we expect it will not let us down. My Hats Off to Your People at Coconut Point Ford! Thank You for Concern for our Experience.

I have always been a Ford man. During my corporate years I was COO for construction Companies, and always used the Fleet sales Department for company vehicles. Coconut Point Ford is part of the Galloway Family Dealerships, with an impeccable reputation, good Christian Owner and Stellar ties to the community and what it contributes to it. Their management style is one of the most professional run dealerships I have worked with in my 42 years old working life and 65 on earth. The Galloway name is know in our area for honesty, integrity and fairness. My experience with everyone I dealt with in my purchase was one of extreme professionalism in helping me make a wise purchasing decision not just a sale. Hats to Bobbie Collins, Phil Malin,Tom Spicer, Ulyses Campbell, Even though we had two competitive automobiles for a period of time, the Galloway Quick Lane did all our maintenance work due the trust of the excellent service advisors, Steve Boyle and Mike Yurczak.
I would recommend Coconut Point and Galloway to anyone in the market for not just an automobile for the experience and the relationship.
Dear Mr. Collins,
I have recently purchased a 2012 Ford Fusion from your dealership. It truly was a great experience. Mr. Richard Miller was my sales person and he had to be the best sales person I have had from a dealership. I have purchased Fords for the past 20 years and this was a truly satisfying experience. Mr. Miller was so thorough, patient and most understanding to my needs in purchasing an auto. He made me feel comfortable and was able to answer all my questions. He did a fantastic job, as I left your dealership with a new automobile that I am very happy with.
When I picked up the car, Mr. Miller made sure that I understood the features and how they worked. He did not rush and took his time. I don't believe I ever that before. He certainly went above and beyond with customer service. Out of 1 to 10.....he was a 100! In addition, all your staff were so friendly while I was there. It was evident that your dealership does a great service as I watched the dealings in the showroom.
I would recommend Coconut Point to anyone searching for a car and I surely would recommend them to deal with Mr. Miller.
Thank you Mr. Collins for a great staff and a great experience.
Dear Mr. Collins,
I emailed Mr. Huckelberry for your email address because I was unable to complete the surveys which were sent to my email account from the dealership. Some sort of technical issue I believe.
I wish to convey how pleased my mother, Anne Given, was with her experience at Coconut Point Ford. Mr. Sandman prepared all the paperwork very efficiently and explained what each item was to my mother. Other employees were helpful to my mom who is a senior citizen and walks with a cane, offering assistance whenever she seemed to need something. But of course she was delighted to work with Mr. Huckelberry most of all.
Tom Huckelberry was knowledgeable about the Fusion that my mother purchased. He insisted that SHE test drive it (with my enthusiastic approval) and he reassured her that he would help her every step of the way, and he did just that. He took time to explain where everything was on the dashboard, etc and went over it again when she forgot or didn't understand something. The net result was she was very confident during the test drive and loved the car from the start. I think she decided to purchase it before we even left the parking lot on the test drive, she was so pleased!
This is an excerpt from the email I sent Tom:
"I just wished to convey my thanks to you for how well you handled this transaction with my mother, Anne Given. She is not the easiest person to deal with and you were kind, very helpful and seem to have the patience of a saint. She loves her little car and speaks well of you and Coconut Point to everyone she knows or meets."
So you have on your hands another satisfied customer due in large part to Tom Huckelberry--what a gem! Since my mother is not computer savvy, I take care of that for her and have found Tom to be easy to work with, he responds timely to my emails, which is rare, even in this communication age.
Dear Mr. Bob Collins,
I am writing to you in regards to the phone conversation we had on April 9, 2013. this is in regards to the purchase I made on April 9,2013 of a Edge Limited, which I LOVE LOVE LOVE...... I have come to Ford simply because what they didn't do in our difficult economy, not borrowing any money and for what Ford does for cancer. also design of the vehicle helped.
The main component of this e- mail, is to first let you know what excellent customer service I received from Richard Miller. this deal took approximately two months to complete, none of which was Mr. Milllers fault at all. it was completely my issues due to medical and just issues that occurred...
Mr. Millers due diligence must be awarded on this sale. it just was such a time consuming ordeal on his part. he certainly earned his modest commission on this sale. doesn't Ford have a higher commission rate a sales person can earn on a complicated and such a time consuming sale.
At any rate Mr. Miller was always so very polite, most knowledgeable about the product, very articulate and most of all very reassuring in himself and the Ford Edge... You must understand that I or rather was, a very trusted Jeep owner, having owned six Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited's. Trust me, I looked at jeeps and at several different SUVs.
The most important reason I came back to Mr. Miller, was about the relationship we had established over the course of two months. I sincerely felt that I would have made someone very upset, if I had to tell him after all his time invested, I went with a different vehicle.
I most of all, certainly appreciate the time and difficulty that goes into working with a customer, due to the fact that I have owned a retail store in Mass. it was in design, ceramic tile and stone. so I do know what it is like to have rejection on your side, especially after having spent so many hours working on a sale. after the sale of my business, I continued on in design and retail. so I can attest that RETAIL of any kind, is the mother of all beasts....
Let it be know to all of your sales team and your consultants in each and every department, that time, courtesy, a lot of consideration and a touch of love along the way, will in the long run,pay off.....but most of all let perseverance be your guide.
I do thank Mr. Miller for always being there for me and it certainly was a definite pleasure, never having built this kind of a relationship with salesperson in buying a vehicle. I never expected to limp in your door and walk out with the keys for my new much LOVED vehicle. you never know who you will meet in life or who you will speak to on the phone....so persevere.....
Let me also say in good measure, I have NEVER OWNED A FORD, LET ALONE A USED VEHICLE. good for you Mr. Miller. You must be awarded the sales person of the month......
I'm a little surprised by this e-mail. I am Canadian and, as attractive as it might be to purchase a car from your dealership, it would be to my disadvantage.
You might want to remove me from your e-list.
However, I must say that, as long as I am a Ford owner, and as long as I am able to winter in Bonita Springs, I will be getting all of my servicing, and car cleaning, done at your establishment. I have had major work done at Coconut Point Ford over the last few years and I must say, I have not received treatment at a Canadian Ford dealership that compares to you. Keep doing what you are doing.
See you next March for my annual US oil change and car wash.
You have a GOOD & EFFICIENT crew at Coconut Point--Uly Campbell was a pleasure to work with, he knows his cars and was a great help in us making a decision on our Ford Edge purchase. Brady-Yes, I have received many positive comments and have been letting everyone know how well I was treated at Coconut Point Ford. I am very happy with my Ford Focus and all my female friends love the color! Thanks again for taking great care of me and don't forget to tell your sales manager (can't remember his name) thanks for sweetening the deal!
Take great care,
I appreciate the kindness and professionalism afford me during my recent purchase. You run a great sales team. Having purchased several cars under your leadership back at the Dodge dealership, you have always gone the extra mile to make the deal happen.
I appreciate you.
Last week I got a flat tire on my way to an appointment. I pulled into what looked like a seldom used driveway and started to find and use my car jack. The temperature was about 95 and I was not having much luck with the jack.
All of a sudden a pickup pulled up and a guy with a big smile said I looked like someone with a problem. The next thing I knew he had a jack out and was about to get my flat off of the car. He then took my little spare out of the trunk and put it on my car.
I asked him if he has a card and he gave me one of your business cards. I told him I wanted to pay him for his kind help but he would not let me.
I have included some money with this letter so perhaps I could impose upon you to let Francisco buy some coffee or whatever for some of his fellow workers.
You have an outstanding employee, Francisco. My advice to you would be to not let him get away.
Bobby, Dan,& Jason were amazing. They got me in the truck I wanted at a better price then I had on my old truck. Now I have a new vehicle and I am saving money on both my monthly payment and fuel costs! Bobby and his team NEVER let down!!!!
Yes, most certainly. When the guys told me to give them a day or two to work on the banks to get me the best deal possible I thought the deal would fall through but to my delight and surprise they called me and asked how I would like to pick up that new truck at a payment less then I was making on the old truck! the answer was a no-brainer!
I'm the FCSD Business Development Specialist in Boston. I wanted to share a fantastic service experience I had at a Miami Region Quick Lane (Coconut Point Ford). I believe Coconut Point Ford is in your zone.
I was recently on vacation in Bonita Springs, Florida and I met up with a friend who needed a new set of tires. Since 4th Event was still in full force, I suggested going to the local Ford dealer or Quick Lane. Since the vehicle was a non-Ford and my friend didn't have much spare time, we took the car to the Quick Lane in Bonita Springs. As we pulled up, I was greeted by Steve who immediately gave me the impression he wanted to earn my business. Before I even mentioned I worked for Ford, Steve offered a warm welcome, a wealth of knowledge about tire options and genuine excitement that my friend was a new customer to the Quick Lane. In a matter of minutes, my friend decided on a set of Uniroyal tires based on Steve's input. About five minutes later, the car was in the shop with the wheels off. My friend decided to take a look at new Fusions and shortly after we returned from browsing the lot, the new tires were already on the car and they were beginning a complimentary full-service car wash. While we were waiting for the car to be finished, an extremely friendly cashier kept us in the loop on the status of the vehicle. Steve walked back in shortly after and reviewed the Multi-Point Inspection with my friend. Steve mentioned the car needed brakes in the next 3,000-5,000 miles and mentioned it would be $149.00 per axle (very competitive). Steve also mentioned my friend would receive complimentary tire rotations for the life of the tires and a carwash each service visit. When it was all said and done, we were out the door in a clean car with new tires for a great price in under and hour! Any chance Steve wants to relocate to Boston?
I'm in Quick Lanes every single week and we have some great Quick Lanes in the Boston Region, but Steve provided some of the best Quick Lane Service I have ever experienced. My friend will be returning to Steve's Quick Lane for a Brake Job in the near future. She was extremely satisfied.
Just wanted to drop you a line to let you know how happy I am with the service that I received at Quick Lane this week on my 2006 Ford Freestyle. Steve got my car in quickly, the mechanic diagnosed the problem and the repairs were completed. My car feels like new again. The counter girl is very nice too. My thanks to Steve and his team.
I did at first have an issue, but Bobby Collins solved my issue. Bobby understands great customer service, and continues to create Ford loyalty!
This is the best dealership, her next vehicle will be a Ford because of them. She owns a Honda Civic. They treat her like family. They do not do things that don't need to be done. She is their best advertisement. She tells everybody about this dealership. Always is treated kindly and fairly. They don't treat her like a "woman" like so many other places do. They employ the same people year after year, which allows her to build relationships with members of the dealership. Ford and this dealer must be doing something right. It is her pleasure to go to this dealership, she looks forward to it. Wants to let Ford know and to the dealership? Thank you.
It was a great experience. That's why I keep coming back. The crew is Very friendly and knowledgeable, and the service was fast. Thank you for everything.
It was a genuine pleasure doing business with you.....no "high pressure" and etc.
We are thoroughly enjoying our new Focus, and as you say, receiving many compliments.
Rest assured that we will recommend you to friends and family.
I'm sure we'll be seeing you on and off during our visits for service and etc.
Thanks once again. I'm sure Coconut Point Ford must be very proud to have you on their team.
Marian & "Gus" Milot.
