Dewayne Murphy, John Plank, and Bill took amazing care of my Wife and I! Walked in knowing what we wanted and they made the process so seamless we were out in hours and we didn’t plan on buying that day! They have a genuine care for the customer and cater to your need! Highly recommend the team!

Coconut Point Ford is absolutely awesome ! We had our car serviced there and will definitely bring it back in the future if it needs servicing again. Steve in the service department was great and I recommend you see him when you need service.

Service was timely, friendly, and knowledgeable. Steve and his team made sure my interactions with Ford would create a lifelong experience knowing that my concerns would be addressed and satisfied. This type if service is rare and showed me how pleased I was in going to this Estero Coconut Ford location.

Jim Stamper is a great Service Coordinator. He is always kind, transparent on expectations and timelines. He along with the others at Coconut Point Ford always makes getting my car serviced a great experience. If you’re in the SWFL area this is the dealership to go to for top notch attention to detail.
