Thank you for a great vehicle, great customer service, and great I had a great experience at Coconut Point Ford. Marc, the sales representative, and Manager Campbell were both very helpful, professional, and easy to work with. I originally went in and bought my wife an Explorer, and I was so happy with the experience that just a week later I went back and bought a truck for myself. They treated me right both times and made the whole process easy and stress-free. I would definitely recommend Marc, Campbell, and Coconut Point Ford to anyone looking for a vehicle.

There was a recall on my Explorer, Coconut Ford contacted me and we set up a date for them to come and pick up my Explorer . It was also due for an oil change and tire rotation. They came out the morning we agreed on picked up the Explorer and brought it back that afternoon. Everything went smoothly. Very pleased with their service department.
