I picked up a 2026 Expedition Platinum with the Ultimate package a few weeks ago and I’ve been really happy with it so far. First, I’ve got to mention my sales guy, Tom Spicer. He made the whole process easy—no runaround, no wasting time, just straight to the point. That alone made a big difference. As soon as I got it, I had all the windows tinted (everything except the pano roof), and went with ceramic tint. I also added clear ceramic on the windshield. It looks great and makes a huge difference here in the Florida heat. Driving it has honestly been the biggest surprise. For a big SUV, it’s super smooth and feels really solid. But the engine is what really got me. It absolutely screams when you get on it. This is definitely not the same kind of 6-cylinder I had in my 2019 Explorer—it’s a completely different animal. When you need to get up to speed, it does it fast without even trying. Inside is exactly what you’d expect from a Platinum—really comfortable, loaded with tech, and just a nice place to be. One thing I didn’t expect was how good the B&O sound system is. I believe it’s 22 speakers with a separate sub, and it really rocks. Easily one of the better factory systems I’ve heard. BlueCruise is also a nice bonus and makes highway driving a lot more relaxed. Overall, no regrets at all. It’s smooth, quick, comfortable, and just feels like a big upgrade all around.

Not my first experience with Coconut Point Ford and the people there are always friendly and helpful. Eric Schrijver handled our sale and was very easy to work with. I have also had significant previous experience with their service area and have always a good experience there.

Brian and the crew were the BEST! It was Christmas Eve morning and I was out running a few last-minute errands. One of the things I wanted to get done over the holiday break was to have my rear brakes replaced, but I had no idea when I’d be able to fit it in. I happened to call Coconut Point Ford’s Quick Lane when I was finishing up my errands, just to get an idea of the cost so I could plan ahead for the next few weeks. Thankfully, Brian told me I had enough time to come in that morning and they could get the work done before Christmas Day! It felt like a gift in itself to have it taken care of right away so I didn’t have to worry about it over the holidays. Brian and the crew were so prompt and accurate with the estimate, too. I love Coconut Point Ford. I recently had a recall on my 23 F250 diesel. I brought it in and they did everything that needed to be done. My rep was sky and she kept me informed every step of the way I order all my new pick up trucks from Coconut Point Ford I make sure I see Tom Spicer. He knows the Ford trucks. He’s just a great guy very knowledgeable.
