I have been coming here regularly for my vehicle service for the past five years, and I have always had a great experience. The service has consistently been excellent, with no long waiting times, and everything has always been handled to my complete satisfaction. If any unexpected repairs were needed, I was always informed clearly and in detail. I also really appreciate the shuttle service, as it allows me to run nearby errands while my vehicle is being serviced. Overall, the staff has always been very friendly and professional. I feel very well taken care of and highly recommend this location.

Great experience. I appreciated being able to come to an agreement on price and trade in value prior to going to the dealership. I was treated fairly and was given more for my trade-in than they originally quoted prior to seeing the vehicle.

I scheduled the appointment for 12:30 on Tuesday and I was happily surprised to get a call from Coconut Point scheduler the Friday before my appointment to inform me that the service people would be on lunch until 1:00 and I could reschedule it. Also Patrick Saunders took the time after the service was done to install the FordPass app on my phone and explain all the features. It’s all about good customer service !

Our salesman Joe was excellent made shopping for our daughter's car more bearable than we anticipated. He was very knowledgeable and did what was needed to get the sale completed. Thanks Joe!
