I had an extremely disappointing experience with this service visit. After something as simple as a cabin air filter replacement, I returned to my vehicle to find everything from my glove compartment and interior left scattered across the floorboard. It was careless and completely unprofessional. To make matters worse, basic service steps were ignored. There was no service sticker placed on the windshield, and the oil maintenance light wasn’t even reset. These are standard, routine parts of any service appointment, and overlooking them shows a serious lack of attention to detail. This is especially frustrating because this is a company vehicle, and I regularly bring multiple vehicles here for business. Experiences like this reflect poorly on your operation and make it difficult to trust your team with any of our fleet. Overall, this visit felt rushed and disrespectful to both me and my vehicle. I expect a higher level of care and professionalism. Based on this experience, I will not be returning.
