I purchased a 2014 platinum F150, years ago and I just want to say the service that I received from Dillon regarding repairs and general maintenance on my 150 has been similar to a family member taking care of my truck, he has always been honest about the repairs never sugarcoated anything, and always had my best interest in mind, two months ago I purchased an F450 platinum from your dealership and dealt with Paul and Tom . And my 450 will continue to come back to you guys for proper maintenance for years to come. You guys are the best dealership that I have ever dealt with with regards to honesty and integrity. Coconut Point Ford completed warranty service on my Mustang. Service Writer Steve Heinking was knowledgeable, attentive and a model employee. He went above and beyond to take all steps to effect immediate resolution. Well Done.
The sales lady Chelsea was extremely helpful and had everything that I was going to request ready. Financing was easy and since I have only owned Ford for the last 10-15 years and when I was younger I was glad to get another one from Coconut Point Ford. Great business!
I recently had my Ford Explorer serviced at Coconut Point Ford. They corrected three recall issues and performed “the works” package in under two hours! I expected this to take at least half a day. My experience was fast and the service writer was as efficient as he was friendly.
Jim Stamper was a pleasure to work with when getting a recall service on my 2019 Ford Fusion Energi. Very accommodating and friendly.
