Great experience buying my Mustang from Coconut Point Ford in Estero. Nathan was friendly, professional, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. He was knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and never made me feel pressured. Highly recommend both Coconut Ford and Nathan if you’re looking for a vehicle!

I wanted to take a minute to share my experience to help others. I brought my 2020 Ford F-350 in to replace a DEF injector. The part itself is listed at about $220, but Coconut Ford quoted $442.32 for the part. Labor was 3 hours, bringing the total to $795.88. On top of that, there was a Shop Supplies/Materials charge of $79.95 and a MISC charge of $85.95. When I asked for clarification about the supplies and the MISC charge, I was told they were “shared” or averaged, but I never received a clear explanation. I also was told my front brakes have about 40% life left, with a quoted price of $1,200, plus two batteries totaling $459 (not sure if labor was included for those). Overall, I don’t feel confident in the pricing transparency or the value I was offered, and I don’t plan to return.

Coconut ford scratched my car and gave me excuses not to fix the scratch and one of my tire sensors was in the history that was faulty and as soon as I got the car back on the road the sensor fault light came back Not happy at all

I’ve only dealt with the service department at this dealership but they are first class!! Always very informative and a pleasure to work with! The waiting area is awesome with everything you could need to relax while you wait. I drive by another dealership just to go to Coconut Point Ford!!

Well, I went in and to have my butler service done, which is where they do an oil change.And clean your truck. I got a call from the service technician.I dropped the vehicle off. Very arrogant and very condescending conversation. This guy explained a service that they wanted to sell me, which was eighteen hundred dollars.It seemed like a ridiculous service to me. I asked some questions, the guy calls me bubba, and later, he calls me captain. When I went in to see him, I asked to see him in person, and I talked to him about this. It was very offensive, he's a black guy.I'm a white guy. And I don't like being called bubba. I asked for the card for his boss in 10 minutes later. We come back and they don't have a card for his boss. So they wrote his boss's number on the back of a card, and I called him and left him a message. And asked him to call me back, which he did not do so. I called him a second time and asked for him to call me back he still didn't call me back. Well, needless to say, this was a 5 star review from 5 years ago. And i'm changing it to a one star review because I can't imagine the behavior. I'm not one of the northern people to come down here. And abuse people. I'm a long term customer who's been treated poorly.
