Immediate help offered by Nate. We had several vehicle questions to be answered, which he did over 3 visits. Test drives were great. Purchase process with trade went smoothly. Helped with Ford app. Very satisfied.

We were greeted by our salesman Nate who was ready for our appointment. He had the vehicle we were interested in ready to go for our test drive. Nate was friendly and efficient. We ended up buying the 2026 Ford Bronco Heritage model and we absolutely love it so far. We appreciate the great service that Nate and the financial associate provided to us. We were happy with our experience at Coconut Point Ford.

My Service Advisor Steve Hienking is off the charts good! He goes above and beyond the call of duty to help his customers mazimize their Ford experience. Just stop by his office one day and you will notice all the Thank You cards on his wall.

Quoted one price with a coupon. Since all of the work could not be completed they did less work but charged more because certain work included with the coupon could not be performed. No common sense whatsoever.
