I received a letter regarding a recall for my vehicle. After reaching out to another dealer that couldn't get me in for several weeks, I got a hold of this one. The service was excellent. Luis, my service advisor, was very professional and answered all my questions. The repair was finished a few hours later and ready the same day. However, I decided to rent a vehicle, which was $40 for the day, for convenience.
