Well, I would like everyone's attention "please". I have not had to purchase a new vehicle for 27 years as I have had company cars. Now that I am getting ready to retire soon, I started looking months ago at GMC's. Just on a suggestion from my wife, we stopped in Coconut Ford, where I have gotten all my service done for years with great satisfaction, and looked at a Expedition Max. Joseph Bammer came bouncing out, introduced himself and then the experience began. Never, let me tell you never, have I enjoyed dealing with anyone so up and funny as well as knowlegdable about the Ford products as Joseph was. Needless to say, later that day I drove home "MY" first new vehicle in all these years. I wasn't even seriously looking but Joseph was the best, none pressure sales person there is and the deal was unbelievalbe. This was totally the number 1 buying experience I have ever had and I am in National Sales and deal with a huge (Sorry Fucillo) amount of sales people every day. They worked hard on finding rebates and discounts and made the best offer I have found. If you was a great deal(The GM), a hard working sales person(Joseph), very efficant finance manager(Stu) and the time of your life besides, visit Joseph Bammer at Coconut Ford. Joe Crescitelli was the man… I had been shopping around for a few months for a particular make, model, and color truck- I couldn’t live any further from Florida, bought the truck sight unseen, Joe had awesome communication, no bs upsells or shenanigans, and always kept me up to date during the process. I don't normally write reviews, but this experience absolutely deserves one. I called Jim Stamper around 4:45 p.m. after a warning light came on in my Bronco shortly after it had been serviced. My wife and I were getting ready to leave on a road trip to the Florida Keys, so I was understandably concerned. Without hesitation, Jim told me to bring it in first thing the next morning. When I arrived, Jim was already expecting me. He got my Bronco into the shop immediately, kept me updated throughout the process, and within about 45 minutes I was back on the road with everything resolved. He explained exactly what had happened, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt confident before leaving. What truly set Jim apart was what happened next. After I had already left the dealership, he personally called me to make sure no additional warning lights had come on because he knew we were leaving on a long trip. That level of customer care is almost unheard of today. I've been around customer service my entire career, and I know the difference between someone just doing their job and someone who genuinely cares. Jim is the latter. His professionalism, communication, attention to detail, and commitment to his customers are second to none. If every dealership had a service advisor like Jim Stamper, people would actually look forward to getting their vehicles serviced. He turned what could have been a stressful situation into one of the best dealership experiences I've ever had. Thank you, Jim, for going above and beyond.
